Hot Sauce

This is heat with depth. Our hot sauce is made the old-school way — through natural fermentation, with no vinegar added. Just fresh peppers, time, and a little salt. The result? A tangy, fruity, complex flavor that brings serious heat without overwhelming your food.

This year’s batch comes entirely from Longer Table Farm, our neighbor down the road. We used their Red Fresno, Espelette, and Cayenne for a sauce that’s bright, bold, and full of character — perfect for eggs, tacos, noodles, or anything that could use a kick. Once you taste the difference, you’ll never go back to vinegar-based sauce.
