This year’s batch comes entirely from Longer Table Farm, our neighbor down the road. We used their Red Fresno, Espelette, and Cayenne for a sauce that’s bright, bold, and full of character — perfect for eggs, tacos, noodles, or anything that could use a kick. Once you taste the difference, you’ll never go back to vinegar-based sauce.
