This probiotic Cashew Ginger sauce is our twist on the traditional peanut sauce. We take naturally fermented ginger, onion, and garlic and blend it with toasted cashews and sesame seeds, for this all purpose Asian inspired condiment. Use it as a marinade, dipping sauce, or turn it into a salad dressing by adding a little olive oil. Great with fresh spring rolls or dressing up your favorite noodles.

Our Cashew Ginger Sauce is vegan, dairy free, gluten free and contains no added oil.
