What is Kosho & How to Use It.
Our citrus kosho is a take on a traditional Japanese yuzu kosho (which is a fermented paste made from chili pepper, yuzu peel & salt). This type of kosho is generally used as a flavoring condiment for miso soups, sashimi and noodle hot pots. We’ve been known to mix it into soy sauce to make a flavorful dipping sauce or eat on top of avocado for a snack.
