Our Red Wine Vinegar is made in small batches from local Sonoma County wine.

While making vinegar from wine is actually a fairly simple process, it does take time and attention. We upcycled this wine that wasn't going to make it onto store shelves by  mixing it with vinegar mother and water. We then let time do it's thing, turning it into a delicious red wine vinegar that can be used in all of your favorite recipes.
