 Hands-On Projects:

  • New Year Kimchi using long Napa cabbage leaves
  • Sichuan-Style Fermented Radishes (Pao Cai)

A warm, communal tasting inspired by Lunar New Year traditions, centered around jook (rice porridge) with preserved and fermented toppings.
