Our fruit vinegars is made in small batches from locally grown, organic fruit.

We took our pureed fruit and added in a piece of live vinegar mother. As it fermented, we stirred it to incoporate the yeasts that developed and introduce oxygen,an essential part of the vinegar making process. Once it was finished, we strained it through cheesecloth, and now this fruity vinegar is ready for you to enjoy
